#5 Keep your head on a swivel, Rambler. And avoid crowds. I went last year, would not go this year. You need to have increased situational awareness. Understand Jeff Cooper's Color Codes of situational awareness. Make good habits. I avoided several potential situations by thinking and looking ahead. This is the new normal for people who want to be healthy. |

#4 A year ago, we were discussing the threat to cruise ships at the 'Burg. I didn't tell Mrs. Bobby and we had a wonderful two-week cruise to Greece, Italy, Santorini and Rhodes, and a few hours at Ephesus. The one in Turkey. That part of Turkey was extremely capitalist! I trust your journeys will be similarly delightful! |

#3 Terrific, Rantburg's "Frontline Reporter"! Take copious photos, videos, verbal annotations and freeform comments/interview opinions from native passersby of both the migrant/terror AND election observation stories. It'll give you some activity structure other than the tasteless tour. Post the content on the cloud and edit it into a travelogue. Could pay for your trip. Or enjoy the away time with your wife, which is more valuable. |

#2 Perhaps you'll run into Mr. Wife in an airport, Rambler. He recently mentioned several trips to Switzerland. |
