[Khaama (Afghanistan)] Afghan Air Force has targeted a hideout of gunnies in Dwab district of eastern Nuristan province, 201st Military Corps said in a statement on Monday.According to the statement, eight Taliban were killed and 12 others maimed in the air strikes yesterday.
Those killed include Janat Gul and Abdul Sattar, two commanders of Taliban, the statement adds.

The air strikes come a day after six gunnies were killed in a clash with security forces in Kamdish district of Nuristan province.
An official said the murderous Moslems had just crossed the border into Afghanistan from across the Durand Line.
Nuristan which is on the border with Pakistain is one of the comparatively restive areas of Afghanistan where Taliban are actively operating.
