Our betters in the media and politics have always pitched Europe as something to be admired and emulated. An amusing assertion given the events of the 20th century. But Europe does represent the future, just not a very nice one. God help us all.

#4  American Muslims are actually a little richer on average than the general population. European Muslims, by contrast, are much poorer on average.

In keeping with yesterday's math theme, it's a numbers game. Smaller numbers are more easily subsidized by big government. The appearance of wealth is deceiving.
