A bit of silliness on the part of Russian deputy prime minister Dmitri Rogozin.

On the eve of the local media reported that during a meeting on the construction of regional aircraft IL-114, a cat was seen was walking through the corridors of the plant. A local publication named the animal "fuzzy spy".

"This is not a spy, and our comrade in each aircraft factory are working with specially trained cats, that no American mouse [can slip in to the plant..."], wrote Rogozin on his to Facebook page.

#2  A black cat no doubt. If my memory serves me correctly, some Euro states will not permit 114's to overfly or land. Something about safety records, etc.
