| 3 die in bomb attack in Erbil |

| (IraqiNews.com) The official in the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Rashad Klaly, announced on Thursday killing three people and wounding several others in a suicide bombing in front of the government building in the district of Makhmour south of Erbil. Klaly said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “The suicide bomber blew himself up, this evening, in front of the government building of Makhmour south of Erbil, killing three police officers, charged with protecting the building, and wounding several others.” Klaly added, “A security force cordoned off the area and transferred the wounded to a nearby hospital for medical treatment and the dead to the forensic medicine [authority].” |
