| CID: 20 foreigners identified in BB heist |

| [Dhaka Tribune] Criminal Investigation Department has identified 20 foreigners who were allegedly involved in the digital heist of $101 million from Bangladesh Bank. Additional Deputy Inspector General Md Shah Alam made the disclosure in a press briefing held at CID Headquarters in Dhaka on Monday afternoon. He said: "The names of 20 Filipino, Sri Lankan and Chinese nationals came up during our official visits to the countries regarding the heist. "We might again visit the countries but we cannot disclose the names right now for the sake of the investigation." |
