| [Ynet] Hamas, always the voice of sweet reason, claims the Jerusalem bus bomber as one of their operatives after the terrorist's death. The terrorist who set off a bomb on the 12 line bus injuring 21 people died of his wounds at Sha'are Tzedek Medical Center in Jerusalem Wednesday. Hamas claimed the terrorist, a 19 year old Paleostinian from the Aida refugee camp next to Bethlehem, as one of their operatives. Hamas made its announcement through its front man in Bethlehem. The operative's name is currently under gag order. Due to the fact that the Paleostinian man was injured along with others in the blast, he wasn't immediately recognized as the terrorist responsible for the attack. This led Sherlocks to initially believe that the kaboom was the work of a jacket wallah, as a body could not be found. Over 100 members of the terrorist's family are handing out sweets and singing songs of praise in light of the fact that he became a martyr and because he carried out a successful attack against Israeli citizens. Additionally, a cousin of the terrorist was killed in a riot attacking Israeli security forces three months ago. Sources within the Paleostinian security services reported that the Paleostinian who committed the attack was known to them, and was even placed in durance vile Drop the gat, Rocky, or you're a dead 'un! by them in 2014. "The entire family was definitely impacted by this," he said. At a mourning event for the cousin, the suspect was "angry," the source said. However, you can observe a lot just by watching... the source doubted the 19-year-old could manufacture his own explosives and instead believed the suspect had been recruited by Hamas to carry out the attack. “This kid was a very typical kid. The last time I saw him we were sitting on the street, drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes,” the source said. If the suspect was indeed responsible for the bombing, he would not be the first terrorist in the family. At least two of his relatives, Nasser Hasan Abdul-Hamid Abu Srour and Mahmoud Jamil Hasan Abu Srour, were released as part of the Gilad Shalit deal, which saw the release of 1,027 convicted Lions of Islam in order to bring the kidnapped soldier back to Israel. Other members of the family, however, are said to be more closely tied to Fatah and hold positions within the United Nation’s Workers Relief Agency, the source said. | |
