Iraqi forces destroy 3 VBIEDs in Fallujah
(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – On Sunday the commander of Anbar Operations Major General Ismail al-Mahalawi announced, that 14 ISIS members had been killed and three booby-trapped vehicles were destructed south of Fallujah.
Mahalawi said in a press statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “The international coalition aviation backed by Anbar Operations managed to shell a gathering of ISIS members, as well as destructing three booby-trapped vehicles driven by suicide bombers near al-Salam intersection south of Fallujah.”
Mahalawi added, “The shelling killed 14 ISIS members, destructed the booby-trapped vehicles and killed the suicide bombers who were inside them, in addition to destroying a rockets launcher and a mortar detachment.”

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – On Sunday, official journalists with the Ministry of Defense announced the destructing of ten vehicles belonging to the so-called ISIS and killing of 20 militants by an air strike in Amiriya Fallujah.
The journalists said in a brief statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “Sukhoi aircraft destructed ten vehicles belonging to ISIS in an air strike conducted by the security forces in Amiriyah Fallujah area in Anbar Province.”
The statement added, “The air strike also resulted in the killing of 20 ISIS militants.”
4 ISIS troops die and HQ destroyed in attack near Fallujah
(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – The commander of Anbar Operations Major General Ismail al-Mahalawi announced on Sunday, that the security forces destructed a headquarters belonging to the so-called ISIS and dismantled 45 improvised explosive devices in Anbar.
Mahalawi said in a press statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “A force from Anbar Operations managed to destruct a headquarters belonging to ISIS and a vehicle carrying a machine gun, while killed four ISIS members near al-Salam intersection south of Fallujah.”
Mahalawi added, “Another force from the army dismantled 45 improvised explosive devices and found equipment and communication kits in the Modern Village northwest of Ramadi.”
