| [RFE/RL] Moscow authorities have detained a man from the Tatarstan region on suspicion of recruiting fighters for Daesh. Interior Ministry spokeswoman Irina Volk said that the suspect, whose identity was not disclosed, is a member of the banned Hizb ut-Tahrir group. She said the suspect has been transferred to Tatarstan's authorities for questioning. |
