| #4 "Every pilot should fly a Spitfire at least once". AMEN!!!!!! Spit Mark 11, Merlin engine, no armour plating, no guns, no ammo, LOTS of extra fuel and oil, cameras, climb high and go like blazes, fly all day. Damn but I was born too late (1944). |
