| #4 There is precedence for this base. The pro lifers were charged under RICO for blocking access to abortion clinics. In 1994 the court ruled that the act does not have to be around monetary gain. These guys meet the criteria. Second note is any party can charge RICO act violations in civil court, it does not have to be a fed to press charges. |
