#6  everything I have presented is sourced. simple key word searches will yield a wealth of reliable sources. see bleow FDA and oxitec in there own words.
FDA approval process - genetically engineered animals 1
FDA approval process - genetically engineered animals 2
for the brazil link, a simple key word search again.
it may not scan, but from a no nothing africa virus to a possible world pandemic and oxitec is present doing testing at the epicenters is an awful strange coincidence.

But that's the least of our problems now.

#4  2014 oxitec builds a 400 sq' breeding facility in marathon to with the purpose of releasing 3-4 million male GM mosquitos on key haven fl for a 3-6 mo experiment as early as February 2015 pending fda approval.
2015 FL had a dengue fever outbreak.
This facility post dates the 2012 fox reference to existing usastorag and experiments and marathon is also the ready to go facility for March 2016 release of GM mosquitos to fight Zika in FL approved by fda
This is like a Michael Crichton novel.

Only for reference, this 2012 fox article lists all approved sites for import and lab contained testing, including the USA.

#2  I posted a couple other articles but they didn't populate. so Gates invested $20 million in 2010 in this co and in 2012 they did their first trail in the Caymans. It is pretty clear that they had 3 sites, Malaysia, Brazil and the Caymans. But Brazil exploded.
I'll bet that $20million dollar investment is reaping huge cash return in the FDA contract awarded today with more forthcoming. Wait til they come home from Rio.
How much do the feds want to fight Zika? Talk about a cash cow industry and i'll bet every contractor and proponent is tied to gates foundation by one or two degrees.
IF they didn't cook it, they certainly have been banking on a mosquito based viral outbreak, see Decade of Vaccine founded 2010.
