The detained London knife attack suspect is a Norwegian national of Somali origin whose background appears to be irrelevant to the motives behind the act, London’s Metropolitan Police Assistant Commissioner Mark Rowley said Thursday.

Rumours are he's a massive Koranimal and he was delivered there (Tooting is also where the islamic mayor of London comes from and Russell Square is miles away from where he lives) by his islamist mates (so not a lone wolf), which is why he had a motorcycle helmet on.
