Kurd Kommies Kill Two Turk Soldiers in Hakkari |

Two soldiers were killed and six others were wounded in the Şemdinli district of the southeastern province of Hakkari on Aug. 5 in an attack by the outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK). PKK militants targeted the Tekeli Battalion Command’s base area with long-barrel guns. An aerial operation was initiated in the area to apprehend the militants. |

#1 PKK is not as communist as it used to be. They have an ideology called Democratic Con-Federalism which seems to be a fusion of various ideologies. I'm sure some of the rank and file are still commies but I'm not real sure if the movement can still be called commie. |
