An ISIS suicide bomber killed seven people and wounded 28 others in a sectarian attack in western Baghdad. The killer evaded security measures before detonating his vest in the Iskan area of the city which is predominately Shiite. Security spokesman Saad Maan said the suspect was believed to be an Iraqi national.
