Jihadist civil war in full swing as Jund Al-Aqsa battles Ahrar Al-Sham
2016-10-07
[ALMASDARNEWS] Heavy festivities broke out between the Jund al-Aqsa terrorist group and their former Islamist allies Ahrar al-Sham
...a Syria jihadi group made up of Islamists and salafists, not that there's that much difference, formed into a brigade. They make up the main element of the Islamic Front but they don't profess adoration of al-Qaeda and they've been fighting (mainly for survival) against the Islamic State. Their leadership was wiped out at a single blow by a suicide kaboom at a crowded basement meeting in September, 2014...
in the southern countryside of Idlib at the myrmidon stronghold of Khan Sheikhoun.

Jund al-Aqsa are reportedly storming the imperative town and sources suggest that they had already managed to capture several Ahrar fighters. Dozens of gunnies were killed on both sides as a result of those fierce festivities.

Both Ahrar al-Sham and Jund al-Aqsa had recently released statements condemning the other side for carrying out acts of agression. al-Masdar was able to translate Ahrar's most recent statement through which it threatened to wipe out its adversary if de-escalation failed.

"A clarification for Jund al-Aqsa's aggressions:

In a series of crackdowns on ISIS sleeper cells in the liberated areas, a security office working for Ahrar al-Sham was able to catch a cell connected to Raqqa directly. We were surprised with Jund al-Aqsa's abduction of one of our members in Saraqeb while shooting his brother and beating his wife. After denying their crime initially, they admit to their wrongdoings later after surplus evidence proved their implication in the crime. Then, they requested a prisoner exchange with the captured ISIS sleepers. The presence of ISIS sleeper cells under the protection of Jund al-Aqsa is not a new thing. In fact, it is the case for all the recent sleeper cells foiled.

Also, it has become a recurring theme that Jund al-Aqsa gunnies excommunicate many of the mujahideen factions from Islam. Because Ahrar is the largest faction in the field and because of its huge responsibility and care for the revolution, it played patient to many violations by the rogue group. But now we find ourselves in front of a sharia obligation to end the mess created by those thugs and jihad thieves. We give Jund al-Aqsa 24 hours to release our brother and the remaining abductees or else we will have to amputate them for good.

And we remind that the repetition of ISIS's behavior prior to its war on the mujahideen by talking about their achievements against the regime no longer works, especially now that Jund al-Aqsa has committed many excesses in the eyes of the people. A faction that withdrew from Jaish al-Fateh and didn't participate in the decisive battles of Aleppo and Latakia is in no place to talk down on those who have given thousands of deaders all over this country. The mujahideen of Ahrar al-Sham in the fronts against the regime in Hama, Latakia, and Aleppo outnumber Jund al-Aqsa and its supporters vastly on each of those fronts, and we won't have to lessen the pressure on the regime to wipe them out."
