 [Chicago Tribune] Maybe they should think about limits on the use of force by their population of feral youth?Chicago cops now allow themselves to be beaten into unconsciousness rather than shoot the perp. Muldoon and O'Malley are rolling in their graves. And I can only imagine what Mike Royko would be saying... |
