That's because 24 years ago, as former President George H.W. Bush was surging back against challenger Bill Clinton, a special prosecutor raised new charges against Bush in the Iran-Contra probe, prompting Clinton to claim he was running against a "culture of corruption." |

| #6 Dont forget that bullshit they pulled on Ted Stevens in Alaska - that was the 60th vote Obama/Redd/Pelosi needed for Obamacare. Had they not brought charges that were thrown out, Stevens would have been reelected, and we would not have Obamacare. |

| #3 If I remember correctly, the Federal judge laughed the entire "indictment" out of court and it died as a political trick unfortunately several months after the election. Dems seem to think "October Surprises" only work one way...they forget that even the most "bought" bureaucrat has his limits and there is something seriously afoot to get Comey to do this. |
