According to the Ministry of Interior’s statement, the cell which recruited the jacket wallah was told by their Brotherhood leader, the doctor, to make contact with Ansar Beit al-Maqdis in North Sinai. It was Ansar Beit al-Maqdis, said the statement, which trained members of the cell in the use of explosives.
