#3 Desperate measures by desperate people. They way to adress this would be to announce on day 1 a delay in enforcement for 180 days, and anything not expressly reauthorized during that time is rescinded. Even better, announce it now. Rub Barry's nose in the fact that he's already irrelevant. |
