The source said, “A mortar shell fell, today, on one of the houses in Radwaniyah area, in western Baghdad, killing a civilian and wounding three others.”
“Security forces arrived in the area of incident and transferred the wounded to a nearby hospital and the body to the forensic medicine department,” the source added on condition of anonymity.

5 wounded in bombing attack in Madain district
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) A police source revealed on Wednesday, that a civilian was killed and five others were wounded in the explosion of an improvised explosive device, in southern Baghdad, Alsumaria reported on Wednesday.
The source said, “An improvised explosive device, emplaced near stores in al-Khanasa area in Madain district, in southern Baghdad, exploded today, killing one civilian and wounded five others.”
