[Libya Observer] A boom-mobile went off outside a mosque in al-Majori district in Benghazi on Friday leaving 8 people maimed.Eyewitnesses said the boom-mobile went
kaboom!outside Abu Horira Mosque where former interior minister Ashor Shuwail was performing the Friday prayer.
Ashor Shuwail, his son and six others were maimed in the kaboom as they were leaving the mosque, the eyewitnesses added.
Al-Jala Hospital said the maimed have been admitted to the hospital and they are in stable, pH balanced condition.
Local media sources indicated the boom-mobile was targeting Ashor Shuwail, who served as the country's interior minister from December 2012 to May 2013.
