#8  Unlikely that Madonna herself will do anything more than flap her labia. The risk is that she will inspire some nutjob 'progressive' to take action.

Threatening the President of the United States is a serious crime and a class E felony under United States Code Title 18, Section 871. Depending up what you do, you can be in deep doo doo to huge fines, and years of playing rock hockey in the Big Arena.
