CEO Tells People ‘Rest Easy,’ Predicts Trump Assassination Within 100 Days
2017-02-01
[NEWSBUSTERS.ORG] Ted Kornblum, Founder and CEO of Magnatone guitar amplifier company, posted on Jan. 30, "Rest easy people, it’ll take only 100 days till Trump gets a bullet in the head!"

Kornblum posted the statement via his personal Facebook page, which now appears to have been deactivated. He issued an apology on the Magnatone company Facebook page for the original post. That page may also have been taken down. The content had been visible on the Magnatone website early Jan. 31.

In that apology, Kornblum downplayed the seriousness of his original post stating, "Earlier today a frivolous, insensitive political post went out on Facebook. It should not have. Magnatone is not a political organization, respects the beliefs and opinions of all people and does business accordingly."

He also said "I sincerely regret this careless mistake, and apologize to anyone, anywhere, who may have been offended."
If someone wasn't offended, are you then not sorry? This is NOT an apology.
Many people, including talk radio host John Cardillo, have reported the incident to law enforcement and Secret Service through social media.

#11  Magnatone was a brand of electric guitars and amplifiers produced between 1937 and the mid-1970s. The company was based in California. The brand name was revived in the 2010s by Ted Kornblum.

Meaning it's a nothing company now and Mr. Kornblum just killed off the company.

More informartion on Magnatone. Note this issue is mentioned at the end of the brief article. I wonder how long it will remain there before some 'editor' delete it.

#10  Arrest him and you're branded a fascist; let it go and that makes you stoopid.

#9  If I had to bet, I'd reckon Ted is experiencing some rather close monitoring and observation.

#7  Arrest Kornblum.

I would have suggested boycotting his company, but I play guitar and have bought and sold alot of gear on Craigslist over the years and yet I've never heard of that company. Fuck them, just the same.

#6  Earlier today a frivolous, insensitive political post went out on Facebook.

It's far too easy for them to backpedal like that after the message has already gotten out there and the damage has been done. Some kook reads the comments by the likes of cornfilledbum and Madonna and gets the idea that it's acceptable, even encouraged, and then he actually does it. That's why these people need to be prosecuted and jailed for a good long time. Everybody needs to get it through their heads that it is not acceptable, it is a felony.

#5  If he dies, you die a few weeks after Mr. Kornblum (Cornfilledbum?)

Just keep that in mind.

#4  Most of the people calling for what kornblum wants don't know how to deal with a snotty waiter, let alone do anything actually, you know, violent.

#3  Lincoln was the last casualty of the previous civil war, you don't want Donald to be the first of the next. I assure you, your world will not survive.

#2  I do not want one hair on his head touched. Not one.

Are you talking about the Don? Because, you know, there might be a hair problem.

Same as for the Last President, and the one before that, and before that, and before that, and before that, and before that, and before that...
