| #4 Generally, foreign nationals who are convicted of crimes are put into deportation proceedings after they complete their sentences. Why can't the deportation process start the day after conviction? Then they could be deported the day their sentence is completed? Out of the slammer and straight back to their native land. |

| #2 Make them serve time in the US and then bill Mexico for the cost. Then deport them. If a foreign national commits a second crime in the US they should get life. |
