Yarallah said in a press statement, "Troops of the Counter-Terrorism Service liberated the neighborhoods of al-Mualmeen and al-Silo, as well as raising Iraqi flag over their buildings."

Commander of operations, Lieutenant General Abdel Amir Yarallah, said in a press statement, "Troops of the army’s 9 armored brigade and al-Abbas brigade liberated a-Beetar and al-Okailat Villages, near Badush Cement Plant in Mosul."
Yarallah also pointed out that the troops raised the Iraqi flag over the buildings of the two villages.
