| #5 Could Iran draw Israel in by occupying the Golan Heights with Hezzies? Not happening. They're barely beating the rebels. Estimates are of 2000 KIA, accompanied by a lot of breast-beating and sackcloth and ashes. Another major clash with Israel would be much higher casualty. The Iranians want to keep Hezbollah alive, not cripple it with mass desertions. |

| #3 If ISIS goes up against Israel they will quickly be destroyed, I think. Israelis fight like Western professional armies, not like Arabs. A few days ago the IDF released a brief video of a strike on IS in the Golan last year. |
