| Militants attack MLA’s house, car |

| [Daily Excelsior] In two separate incidents, Militants tonight attacked the residence of MLA Shopian Mohammad Yusuf Bhat at Memander in South Kashmire district of Shopian. However, there's no worse danger than telling a mother her baby is ugly... no one was hurt. Police said that it's easy to be generous with someone else's money... no one was hurt in the attack. Security forces immediately cordoned off the area and searches are being conducted. The MLA was not at his residence when the attack took place as he is putting up at highly guarded official residence. Earlier in the day, the difference between stupidity and genius is that genius has its limits... the MLA was not in his car at the time of attack.
