(ISIS) launched another offensive in the Deir Ezzor Governorate this week, targeting the Syrian Arab Army’s (SAA) defenses around the provincial cemetery and Panorama Roundabout. ISIS began the offensive by simultaneously storming the Syrian Arab Army’s western flank at both the Panorama Roundabout and provincial cemetery; this would result in a series of intense festivities that would last for most of the day on Thursday. Unable to infiltrate the Syrian Arab Army’s defenses, the Islamic State forces of Evil were forced to withdraw their assault in order to avoid anymore casualties. |
