[DAWN] KARACHI: A suspected gangster was rubbed out in an ’encounter’ late on Friday night in Lyari’s Kalakot area, police said.They added that the area police acting on a tip-off conducted a targeted raid in Nawalane where they came under attack. In an ensuing encounter, one suspect later identified as Ghulam Nabi alias Gull was killed.
The police claimed to have seized a TT pistol and a hand grenade from his custody.
