| #8 This is a specialized CAS aircraft whose budget should be allocated to the Army. Currently, that budget belongs to the Air Force, which uses it to fund air superiority aircraft like the F-35. | #4 The A-29 is of Brazilian origin. It is a turbo prop and used for counter-insurgency. It looks a lot like a jazzed up version of the WWII Curtiss P-40 Warhawk. Technically, Trump did not bomb the $hit out of these militants. I'd bet, although not certain, the money for the A-29 is coming from the U.S. for these aircraft.
