The paramilitary force conducted a targeted raid on an alleged hideout of ’terrorists’ in an apartment located on Muqaddas Street in the Urdu Bazaar area.
Spokesperson for the Sindh Rangers said one terrorist was arrested, with the other barricading himself in a room. He was later killed in the shootout.
The suspects lobbed two hand grenades which injured two soldiers, added the Rangers spokesperson.

police officials said that four Rangers personnel, one shopkeeper and one teenager were hurt in the grenade attacks and firing between the security personnel and the suspects.
Preedy SHO, Aurangzeb Khattak, told Dawn that the Rangers conducted raid at the place on information about presence of suspects when they came under attack.
