Couple killed for ‘honour’ |

[DAWN] SHANGLA: A couple was killed for honour in Donkacha Chauga area of the district. DSP Puran circle Zeerab Gul told mediapersons here on Tuesday that the girl (23) and man (27) were allegedly rubbed out by brothers of the girl late on Monday night. He said that the bodies were found in the room of girl at her house. Mr Gul claimed that the girl’s family members had decided to kill the two after suspicion that they had illicit relations. He said that they were killed with Kalashnikov fire. He said that after the attack brothers of the girl, Ali Rehman and Mohammad Waseem, surrendered to police. The police started the paperwork but haven't done much else under Section 302 and 311 of the Pakistain Panel Code and have started investigation. |
