| #2 It does look like there are two different handwritings on Delgado's check. From the Party-of-Corruption in the Baton Rough area. The Hayride reporting about people being taken for a ride by the Donks. |

| #1 If the good folks modified Mr. Delgado's check in any way (like adding a zero or changing the 'pay to' line), then it's bank fraud. You know, Federal stuff. Don't know the whole story, but sure looks like it from here. |
