The provincial government media office in a statement said the Arclight airstrike was carried out in the vicinity of Chaparhar district.

The statement further added that the turbans were targeted around 8 am local time in Kariz area, leaving four dead and two others maimed.

The turbans killed in the Arclight airstrike belonged to the Taliban group led by Mullah Ghazi, the statement said, adding that the local residents did not suffer any casualties in the Arclight airstrike.

It is yet not clear if the Arclight airstrike was carried out by the Afghan forces or the US forces based in Afghanistan.

#2  It looks like a different four, Skidmark. The articles have different URLs, though both are from Khaama, and the four yesterday were connected to three hideouts in the vicinity of Achin district, Nangarhar. Today's was in the vicinity of Chaparhar district.
