#4 She's on leave for 90 days, according to the article, to give her time to get her citizenship. Also, to answer Kojo Untervehr8141's question: Rubio adds that city attorneys have reviewed the matter and determined that Burkett's rulings from the bench remain valid and lawful. |

#1 For anything requiring security clearance, I believe green card holders are automatically screened out. A small muni judge? Who knows? |
