| #3 Flynn might have ticked off the higher ups at the FBI by intervening on behalf of an agent. Flynn was also coming down hard on pedos and child trafficking. There may have been pushback by some in DC. |

| #1 While at the Defense Intelligence Agency General Flynn experienced a running gun battle with the CIA over human intelligence 'rice bowl' issues. I would not be surprised to learn he had difficulties with the bureau as well. |
