Dunno what to make of this, but a San Antonio College professor showed up on campus sporting a plate carrier and a helmet. He said he was afraid because open carry on campus became legal last month. But since he is a leftist, I would guess he's just another exhibitionist.

I think he should be more worried about these folks than kids on college campuses who are armed.

I personally would be more worried about members of our security services carrying firearms than private citizens. Those guys are dangerous to the people they are s'posed to be protecting, as well as to themselves.

Finally, a profane explanation of the basic concept of terminal ballistics.

Loads.

Rantburg's summary for arms and ammunition:

Prices for used pistols were mostly higher. Prices for used rifles were mostly lower.

John Brown huh. Colorado and Kansas; Lawrence and Boulder more like it. F'n commies sure like to take language and wrap around their unjust causes don't they.

Oh, I hear Aunty Fa is opening a front in Syria.

Hey professor...where is your reflector belt? And...plates? Is your groin protection tucked away? Oh meant to do that one.
