| [AlMasdar] Rebel fighters in the southwestern province of Quneitra launched a mortar attack against a governed-held town, thus violating the Russia-US brokered de-escalation zones agreement. According to local sources, the snuffies targeted civilians in the town of Hadar with two mortar shells which maimed several civilians and cause material damage. Last month, Russia and the United States have reached an agreement on de-escalation zones in several areas across the war-torn country. |
