[Inquirer] Seven people, including four members of the Abu Sayyaf, were killed in a clash in Barangay Bud Bunga in Talipao, Sulu on Tuesday afternoon. Cirilito Sobejana, commander of Joint Task Group Sulu, said the battle was between the Jul Hamidi clan and the Abu Sayyaf led by Al Arod. Sobejana said Jul Hamidi himself was killed in the clash.
Sobejana said the Abu Sayyaf left behind those who were killed but took with them their injured.
