| 14 Syrian regulars die in gunfight in Aleppo |

| Aleppo (Syria News) Fourteen members of the Syrian army and allied militias were killed, yesterday, in an attack launched by Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham Militia near the Air Force Intelligence building, northwest of Aleppo. Qasioun News reported that violent clashes also took place between the two sides amid artillery shelling on the vicinity of Leiramon Halls and the new court building, but no casualties were reported. Meanwhile, media sources belonging to Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham published a video of the attack, and announced that their members have returned safely to their locations. It is noteworthy that Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham had carried out a surprise attack on the same area, killing nine army members, on the 16th of July 2017. |
