#11 News: An appeals court judge has revived the defamation lawsuit by UVA fraternity students against Rolling Stone. The original story that accused the frat bros of gang rape was both preposterous and uncorroborated, or what us non-journalists call bullsh1t. If anyone was bidding on the magazine, you can drop your offer by a couple orders of magnitude. |
