| Arizona: Man fatally shot following assault on Border Patrol agent |

| [KGUN] A man has been fatally shot after he assaulted a Border Patrol agent. The shooting happened just before noon today in a remote area of the Baboquivari Mountain Range west of Three Points. The agent discharged his service issued sidearm, hitting a man who has assaulted him. The man has since succumbed to his injuries. The man fatally shot was one of several in a group of suspected illegal aliens, according to a media release. Three members of the group are currently in custody, and agents are searching the area for others. This incident is under investigation by the FBI, CBP’s Office of Professional Responsibility, and Tohono O’odham Nation Police Department. |

| #3 Look at the lineup, FBI, CBP’s Office of Professional Responsibility, and Tohono O’odham Nation Police Department. The investigation is all about the shooting rather than the assault. I don't think the rules have been changed. |
