#5  boomerc, they do have a rail line that goes between the two countries across that small, shared border. A highway as well.

Seems like a good spot for a MOAB strike.

I remember during the Cuban missile crisis the US blockaded Cuba.
If only we had enough patrol ships and submarines to enforce a blockade of all contraband.
