#7 I don't think it's entirely fair, Seeking. (i) Italy is Catholic the way Britain is Anglican. (ii) Historically, the Church wasn't particularly anti-Semitic - not exactly philosemitic, but it didn't go out of it's way to make trouble for the Jews. (iii) On the other hand, under the current managment, Catholic Church hates Trump, and everything he stands for... |
