[PRESSTV] Russian President Vladimir Putin

Putin is credited with bringing political stability and re-establishing something like the rule of law, which occasionally results in somebody dropping dead from polonium poisoning. #3  Sure, I'm all for cooperation!

Let's start with North Korea, what are you doing to cooperate with us on this issue?

Oh wait, you're transferring oil from tanker to tanker out in the open sea, so much for cooperation.

Same thing with China.

Trust is a two way street, when one violate that trust, well...

#2  Yes, much to be gained. Yes!; "pragmatic cooperation", exactly. I don't trust China myself. Great powers should interact at all levels. I don't see China doing that. They will take as much as you allow them.
