| [Khaama (Afghanistan)] At least two non-combatants were killed and four others were maimed in an kaboom triggered by the roadside kaboom kaboom in southern Helmand ...an Afghan province populated mostly by Pashtuns, adjacent to Injun country in Pak Balochistan... province of Afghanistan. The officials are saying that the incident took place on Wednesday afternoon in the vicinity of Washir district. According to a statement released by the governor’s office, a civilian hatchback type vehicle carrying passengers struck with an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) planted by the Taliban ...Arabic for students... turbans. The statement further added that the incident took place at around 2 pm local time and as a result two non-combatants were killed and four others were maimed The Helmand governor Hayatullah Hayat said he was saddened with the loss of the civilian lives in the kaboom and condemned the use of IEDs by the Taliban on highways and roads. He also instructed the relevant authorities to assist with the victims of the incident particularly with the treatment of those maimed in the kaboom. |
