Islamic State big turban, two close personal friends killed in airstrike in Diyala

They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems....
 leader and two of his lover companions in an Arclight airstrike, northeast of Baqubah, an official from Diyala province said on Tuesday.

Speaking to AlSumaria News, Sadeq al-Husseini, head of the security committee of Diyala provincial council, said, "an airstrike targeted a rest house near Hamreen lake, leaving a big shot killed and two companions killed. The rest house, located underground, was destroyed."

"Shelling the rest house was based on intelligence information that accurately located it," Husseini said. "Aerial bombardment helped in 2017 in killing more than fifty IS members, including prominent leaders, especially in al-Zour basin, al-Waqf and Neft Khana," Husseini added.

According to security sources, air force carried out several airstrikes that targeted Islamic State pockets in Diyala over the past few months.

#3  :-) This will show up in a search for Diyala, Tiny Sputer8745, even if not given the Dead Guys Digest heading. We use that when collecting more than one article for the geography — it’s easier to see what is happening by grouping articles when a sub-country region gets busy.
