"During a campaign launched by Nineveh Police intelligence in al-Eraij village in Qayyarah town, troops arrested Tareq abu Islam, chief of Islamic State’s Hisbah (vigilantism) in Nineveh, who is accused of ordering murder of hundreds of civilians, in accordance with the Death Eater group’s edicts, while occupying the post in the Old City," Cap.
