| #2 Constitution 2.0 - If Congress fails to implement both budget resolution and appropriations with a 365 day period, all members are bared from reelection, appointment to federal offices, or receive any contracts for a period no less than 12 years. When all parties skins on the line, it will be amazing the agreement two wolves can come to in choosing which sheep to eat tonight. |
